What You’ll Need
Bachelor’s degree holder
· Minimum 1 to 3 years experience.
· Good command of written and spoken English is a must
· Strong customer service orientation and problem solving skills.
· Strong follow up skills
· Live nearby Maadi areas is a MUST
What You’ll Do
· Handling all the outgoing calls with consignees
· Provide follow up on pending shipments
· Communicating with courier companies to get & validate their feedback.
· Provide the needed update from our side to the courier companies on a daily basis.
· To control shipment follow up (outbound and inbound), flow to enable smooth process to ensure on-time delivery to the customer.
· Full alignment with VOO account management team and any of our logistic companies for accurate delivery.
· Initiate,receive and solve compliant process and topics with appropriate regulations, policies for timely and accurate control and resolution of issues that may arise.
· Ensure shipments are managed and all needed activities are performed and to have an overview of non-shipped goods.
