Logistics Specialist At Midea Electric Egypt “Sharkia- Menofya- Giza”
is looking for a qualified and motivated Logistics Specialist to join our Domestic Logistics & Distribution team.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily domestic transportation and distribution activities with third-party logistics providers (3PL).
Monitor delivery plans, vehicle allocation, and shipment execution to ensure on-time deliveries.
Coordinate loading activities with warehouses and 3PL partners.
Track shipments and follow up on delivery status and proof of delivery (POD).
Monitor transportation performance, delivery lead times, and service levels.
Reconcile transportation records, delivery quantities, and logistics-related documents.
Analyze distribution costs and support cost optimization initiatives.
Prepare daily and monthly logistics performance reports and KPIs.
Handle delivery issues, investigate operational discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.
Coordinate with Sales, Warehousing, and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth distribution operations.
🔹 Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in domestic logistics, transportation, or distribution operations.
Experience coordinating with 3PL providers and transportation companies.
Good knowledge of shipment tracking, delivery planning, and logistics KPIs.
Proficiency in Excel; experience with SAP, Oracle, WMS, or TMS is an advantage.
Strong analytical, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
