📍 Location: FPI Plant – Badr City, Egypt.

Future Pharmaceuticals (FPI) is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Specialist to join our Procurement team. The role involves coordinating import-related documentation, handling regulatory procedures, and following up on pharmaceutical shipments with relevant authorities and customs.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and follow up on the required approvals and documentation for imported materials, including APIs, inactive ingredients, and packaging materials.
Submit and collect documents from the Egyptian Drug Authority (EDA) to obtain pharmaceutical release approvals, medical stamps, and tax exemptions.
Follow up on tax exemption letters and other required regulatory documents.
Coordinate with relevant authorities and customs to facilitate shipment clearance procedures.
Monitor shipment status and prepare daily shipment status reports.
Conduct outdoor field duties at relevant authorities and other locations as required.
Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks in compliance with company procedures.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
0–2 years of relevant experience in logistics, import operations, customs clearance, or documentation.
Good command of English.
Basic computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office.
Strong communication and follow-up skills.
Highly motivated, organized, dynamic, and able to work under pressure.
Willingness to perform frequent outdoor field duties and travel between the factory in Badr City and external authorities.
