Logistics Specialist At El Taisser Group “0experience”

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in logistics, shipping, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations.
• Good knowledge of import & export procedures, customs clearance, and shipping documentation.
• Experience handling Bill of Lading (B/L), Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin, Form 4, and other import/export documents.
• Familiarity with Incoterms 2020 and international shipping terms.
• Experience coordinating with suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, banks, and customers.
• Ability to track shipments and coordinate ETD/ETA, container movements, delivery orders, and cargo release.
• Good understanding of LCs, payment terms, and trade finance documentation is an advantage.
• Strong skills in MS Excel, ERP systems, and logistics/shipping platforms such as CargoX.
• Strong communication, negotiation, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple shipments, and meet strict deadlines.
• Good command of English, especially business and logistics terminology.
