What you’ll do:
● Manage the assigned fleet across your cluster (5 DS) effectively, meeting the target KPIs
● Oversee Fleet Managers in the daily operations of their respective fleet
● Ensure adherence to SOPs
● Support in manpower allocation across stores
● Address issues and support the team in achieving their best performance – be a mentor
● Crunch numbers and derive insights and recommendations to improve operations
● Ensure timely and clear communication with all stakeholders
What you’ll need:
● Minimum 2 years of experience in Logistics managing a team
● Good analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/GSheets
● Good communication and coordination skills
● Ability to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty
● Capable of working in highly ambiguous situations comfortably
● Understanding Logistics metrics and stakeholder management
● Ability to accommodate flexibility in the work schedule
