1. Import Clearance Operations
- Review all shipment documentation before submission to freight forwarders.
- Follow up daily with freight forwarders regarding shipment status and customs clearance progress.
- Coordinate health release procedures and required approvals.
- Prepare and process payment requests for customs duties and related charges.
- Receive and record imported ingredients through the GPAO system.
- Ensure all import activities comply with local customs regulations and company procedures.
2-Export Shipping Operations
- Coordinate with marine transport companies to reserve export containers.
- Prepare and print export labels and shipping documentation.
- Issue and verify export-related documents including invoices, packing lists, certificates, and shipping instructions.
- Follow up freight forwarders and shipping lines to ensure timely shipment execution.
- Coordinate with trucking companies for local transportation arrangements.
- Monitor shipment status until final delivery.
Job Requirments:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in logistics, import/export operations, or supply chain coordination within FMCG or manufacturing environments.
- Strong experience working with the Nafeza system.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Negotiation and supplier follow-up abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle urgent shipments.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Flexible and adaptable to sudden operational changes.
- Team player with a proactive attitude.
- Good knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
