Key Responsibilities

Handle and follow up on all inbound air freight shipments end-to-end

Coordinate with international suppliers and local customs clearance agents

Review, verify, and manage shipping documents (AWB, commercial invoice, packing list, etc.)

Ensure shipments are delivered on time and without disruption

Solicit, compare, and evaluate shipping offers from couriers and freight forwarders to select the most cost-effective solution

Requirements

Proven experience in air freight shipping and logistics operations

Hands-on experience dealing with customs brokers and international suppliers

Strong ability to manage and organize shipping documentation and processes

Demonstrated skills in evaluating and selecting freight partners (couriers / forwarders)

Strong analytical mindset with a focus on cost optimization and expense reduction

Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills
