• Overview: As a Logistics Specialist, you will be at the heart of our operational excellence, orchestrating the movement of goods and information to meet our ambitious goals. You will be instrumental in enhancing efficiency, reducing costs, and boosting customer satisfaction within a fast-paced and rewarding environment.
• Responsibilities:
  • Manage and optimize daily logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory control.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with international and local customs regulations and shipping laws for all inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Administer and maintain accurate records within ERP systems, tracking inventory and shipment statuses.
  • Proactively resolve any logistics-related issues, delays, or discrepancies with swift and effective action.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new logistics strategies and process improvements.
• Skills & Technologies: You will leverage your expertise in Supply Chain Management, Inventory Management, and Transportation Planning. Proficiency with ERP Systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis are crucial. Your ability to navigate Customs Regulations and excel in Vendor Relationship Management will be key to your success.
