Job Description
- Responsible for daily order processing, shipping, and delivery.
- Coordinate with warehouses and logistics partners to ensure orders are shipped according to SLA. Follow up on abnormal orders (delays, refusals, lost items, etc.) and drive resolution.
- Negotiate competitive shipping rates and optimize delivery routes.
- Proactively identify and resolve any unexpected logistics issues
- Develop a deep understanding of our products and return/exchange policies.
- Respond quickly and professionally to customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and online chat.
- Assist customers to complete orders and resolve issues effectively, aiming to increase repeat purchases.
