Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Lead Planning Engineer. The position is based in Qesm 1st 6 October and includes flexibility for some work-from-home options. The Lead Planning Engineer will oversee and execute all project planning and scheduling activities. Responsibilities include overseeing production schedules, project control systems, analyzing project performance, and ensuring timelines are met while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. Qualifications
- Proficiency in Planning and Production Planning to manage and optimize project schedules and resources
- Strong Analytical Skills for assessing project performance and identifying areas for improvement
- Experience in Project Control to ensure successful project delivery within scope, budget, and time
- Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with clients, project teams, and stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Proficiency with project management and planning tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar software
- Ability to work effectively in both in-office and remote environments
- Experience in large-scale construction or engineering projects is a plus
