We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Grain Trading & Operations Assistant to support our wheat and agri-commodities trading desk — covering market monitoring, supplier coordination, documentation, and shipment follow-up across the full trade cycle.
Key Responsibilities
● Monitor wheat markets & futures and prepare market reports.
● Coordinate with suppliers on offers, pricing, and shipment schedules.
● Prepare & organize trading documents , contracts, LC details, invoices).
● Track vessels, laycans, and shipment status with brokers and ports.
● Provide daily operational support to the Trading Manager.
Requirements
● 1–3 years’ experience in trading, logistics, or supply chain
● Strong English communication skills.
● Proficient in Excel & Word.
● Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to work under pressure.
