- Implement and enforce inventory control procedures to minimize losses and optimize storage.
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile with system records.
- Prepare detailed inventory reports for management, highlighting key metrics and variances.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company quality standards.
- Supervise and train warehouse staff on inventory best practices and safety protocols.
- Manage inventory documentation, including receipts, transfers, and adjustments.
- Collaborate with IT and operations to enhance inventory tracking systems and processes.
Job Requirements
- 5-8 years of proven experience in inventory management, preferably within the food or FMCG sector.
- Strong understanding of inventory control principles and best practices.
- Experience with inventory management software and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
