  • Implement and enforce inventory control procedures to minimize losses and optimize storage.
  • Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile with system records.
  • Prepare detailed inventory reports for management, highlighting key metrics and variances.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company quality standards.
  • Supervise and train warehouse staff on inventory best practices and safety protocols.
  • Manage inventory documentation, including receipts, transfers, and adjustments.
  • Collaborate with IT and operations to enhance inventory tracking systems and processes.

Job Requirements

  • 5-8 years of proven experience in inventory management, preferably within the food or FMCG sector.
  • Strong understanding of inventory control principles and best practices.
  • Experience with inventory management software and ERP systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
  • Ability to work onsite and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with health, safety, and regulatory requirements in food distribution.
