Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in New Cairo for an Import Operation Specialist. The Import Specialist will manage end-to-end import processes, coordinate with suppliers and authorities to ensure compliance with international trade regulations, handle necessary documentation, and collaborate with internal teams to streamline the supply chain. The role involves communicating with customers, addressing inquiries, and ensuring on-time delivery of goods.
Qualifications:
3–5 years of experience in import operations or logistics
Strong knowledge of import procedures, documentation, and regulations
Hands-on experience with shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, etc.)
Experience dealing with freight forwarders and customs clearance processes
Very good command of English (written & spoken)
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle multiple shipments and work under pressure
