Import Operations Specialist – Pricing Specialist At MSA “Alex”
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate with shipping lines, agents and relevant parties for import shipments.
Handle documents and ensure proper shipment files.
Monitor vessel schedules, arrivals and container releases.
Follow up on cargo movement and ensure smooth internal teams coordination.
Communicate with clients, shipping lines and internal stakeholders.
Resolve operational issues and shipping delays.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 3 years of solid experience in Import Operations.
Hands-on experience in import documentation.
Previous experience in NVOCC companies.

Pricing Specialist
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare and issue competitive ocean freight quotations (Import / Export).
Analyze freight rates, surcharges and local charges.
Communicate with shipping lines and agents for rates negotiation.
Coordinate rates with internal teams and clients to offer optimal rates.
Maintain an updated pricing database and reports.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 3 years of experience in freight pricing.
Experience in dealing with shipping lines and freight forwarders.
Previous experience in NVOCC companies.
