About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Import & Export Specialist to join our team. This is a pivotal role within our expanding operations, responsible for managing international trade logistics and ensuring compliance with Egyptian customs regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end import/export documentation and procedures.
Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers.
Handle bank transactions related to trade, including Letters of Credit (LCs).
Ensure full compliance with GOEIC and agricultural quarantine regulations.
Track shipments and ensure timely delivery of essential goods/live products.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience in Import/Export.
Preferred Sector: Previous experience in Live Products, Food Commodities, or FMCG is highly preferred.
Skills: Strong knowledge of Egyptian customs laws, Incoterms, and excellent communication skills.
Language: Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
