Group Operations Director

A leading manufacturing group located in 10th of Ramadan City is seeking to hire a highly experienced and results-driven Group Operations Director to lead and optimize all manufacturing operations across the group.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Group Operations strategy in alignment with corporate objectives.

• Lead Production, Maintenance, Engineering, Continuous Improvement, and Operational Excellence initiatives.

• Drive operational efficiency, productivity, quality, cost optimization, and profitability across all manufacturing facilities.

• Review and approve annual operational plans, budgets, KPIs, and departmental objectives.

• Ensure effective implementation of preventive maintenance programs and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Monitor operational performance and ensure achievement of production, quality, safety, and cost targets.

• Review operational reports and provide strategic recommendations to executive management.

• Lead organizational transformation projects and operational development programs.

• Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, innovation, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Production, Electrical, or Mechatronics).

20+ years of manufacturing experience.

Minimum 10 years in senior leadership positions.

Minimum 5 years in a Group Operations Director, Operations Director, Plant Director, or similar executive role.

Strong experience in Metal Forming, Plastic Manufacturing, or Industrial Manufacturing environments.

Proven track record in multi-site operations management.

Strong strategic planning and execution capabilities.

Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.

Experience in Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Operational Excellence, and Continuous Improvement methodologies is highly preferred.
