Job Description

• ​Develop and oversee preventative maintenance schedules for all transport vehicles, and tools to ensure maximum uptime.
• Ensure all vehicle registrations, insurance, and specialized equipment certifications (e.g., crane permits) are current.
• ​Manage the distribution of housing units and beds for site workers, engineers, and subcontractors based on project needs.
• ​Maintain accurate, real-time logs of move-in/move-out dates, room rotations, and available capacity.
• ​ Oversee essential services in accommodation areas, including catering, laundry, and the supply of potable water and electricy
• ​Enforce strict safety and fire code compliance across all residential facilities, workshops, and vehicle operations.
• ​Track and report on monthly expenses related to fuel consumption, repair costs, and housing utility bills
