We’re Hiring | Export Specialist
Royal Logistics Services (Amiral Group) is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Export Specialist to join our growing team.
📍 Location: Cairo, Egypt
💼 Experience: 1–3 years
Key Responsibilities
· Coordinate and manage export shipments from booking to final delivery.
· Prepare and review export documentation, including Bills of Lading, Packing Lists, and Certificates of Origin.
· Communicate with customers, shipping lines, overseas agents, and customs authorities.
· Track shipments to ensure timely execution and resolve any operational issues.
· Maintain accurate shipment records and provide excellent customer service.
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth export operations.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
· 1–3 years of experience in export operations, logistics, freight forwarding, or shipping.
· Good knowledge of export documentation and international shipping procedures.
· Strong communication, organisational, and time management skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
· Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
🕒 Working Hours
Sunday to Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: Work from Home
