Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dokki, Giza for an Export Sales Specialist. The role involves identifying and building relationships with international clients, managing the export sales process, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include conducting market research, generating leads, negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance with export regulations, and coordinating with internal teams to meet customer requirements. Employee training and the ability to provide superior customer support are key aspects of this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service to build strong relationships with international clients and address their inquiries effectively.
- Strong skills in Sales, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals in international markets.
- Experience in Sales Management and Training to guide and mentor junior staff.
- Proficiency in relevant technology and tools, such as CRM software, is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of export-related regulations and processes is highly preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to multicultural team environments.
- Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field is desired.
