We are seeking a highly motivated Export Pricing Executive to join our growing freight forwarding team. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in export freight pricing and strong relationships with shipping lines and logistics partners.
Key Responsibilities:
•Handle export pricing inquiries for ocean freight shipments (FCL / LCL).
•Maintain strong relationships with shipping lines and negotiate competitive freight rates.
•Prepare accurate and competitive quotations for clients and overseas agents.
•Coordinate with operations team to ensure smooth execution of export shipments.
•Monitor market rates and provide updated pricing strategies.
•Communicate with overseas agents and partners regarding pricing requests.
•Support the sales team by providing fast and competitive quotations.
•Maintain updated database of freight rates and shipping schedules.
•Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Requirements:
•Minimum 3 years of experience in export pricing within a freight forwarding company.
•Strong relationships with major shipping lines.
•Good knowledge of export shipping procedures and documentation.
•Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
•Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to pricing requests.
•Good command of English (written and spoken).
•Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
•Experience dealing with international agents and overseas networks.
•Familiarity with freight management systems and logistics software.
