Responsibilities:
Export Logistics, Order processing & customer service
▪ Responsible for end-to-end shipment execution and export compliance, ensuring accurate documentation, timely billing, and reliable customer communication
▪ Prepare and issue all required shipment documentation in accordance with export procedures.
▪ Track shipments in transit and proactively communicate status updates to customers.
▪ Initiate timely invoicing and coordinate closely with the Accounting Department to ensure billing accuracy.
▪ Manage freight processes end-to-end, including preparing invoices for payment.
▪ Control export files to ensure compliance and scan them into the company database.
▪ Obtain ocean freight rate quotations for required destinations.
▪ Prepare weekly demand forecasts for assigned segments.
▪ Maintain and update Lean records for assigned segments.
▪ Organize and maintain the document database and filing system.
▪ Support the control and monitoring of DSC.
Requirements:
▪ Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
▪ 3–5 years of experience in export operations and order processing.
▪ Excellent communication and time-management skills.
▪ Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
▪ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
▪ Dynamic, proactive, and detail-oriented personality.
