Job Overview:          

Export Coordinator is responsible for achieving and enhancing the sales cycle of the products in countries & export markets, as well as logistics expert who prepare shipments to ship abroad while filling out paperwork and prepare all other required documents with EGPI departments to successfully ship and clear international orders. Export Coordinator must also search and communicate with clients as well as freight forwarders to facilitate the movement of freights overseas.

Working Conditions:

1-     85% indoor activities  

2-     15% outdoor activities

Main Responsibilities & Duties:

·        Attend & sharing external & Commercial export events in nationwide.

·        Communicating & visiting all export related organizations inside or outside Egypt

·        Study the international markets for export opportunities in the geographical area designated

·        Achieve each market sales target

·         Opening new markets & developing the existing markets

·        Contact with the agents & clients

·        Communicating & visiting all export related organizations inside or outside Egypt.

·        Organize meetings, write emails, plans, reports & presentations

·        Attend & sharing external & Commercial export events in nationwide.

·        Finishing of shipping documents and logistics

·        Follow up on customers & solve their problems

·        Coordinating with all departments of the company to follow up export cycle processes since receiving agent’s/clients order till shipping it.  

·        Coordinating with all EGPI facility departments to follow up export cycle processes.

·        Coordinating with external authorities such as:

1-     Ministry of foreign affairs

2-     EDA

3-     Chamber of Commerce

4-     The Export Council of Medical Industries ECMI

5-     Embassies

6-     Pharmaceutical Industries Chamber of Commerce

7-     Events & organization of scientific, trade & export exhibitions.

Required Qualifications: –

· Education: Pharmacy/Vet. Or Science Bachelor’s degree.

· Experience: one year – three years in export pharmaceutical sales or/and marketing.

· Skills:

o  Good command of English language.

o  Very good communication and negotiation skills.

o  Very good time management & organization skills.

o  Excellent team player.

o  Ability to work under time pressures.
