About the Role
We are looking for a highly experienced Deputy Production Manager to oversee manufacturing operations within our plastics factory. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise across plastic processing machinery and a proven track record in industrial production environments.

Key Responsibilities
Assist the Production Manager in planning, supervising, and coordinating all production operations.
Oversee the operation and troubleshooting of injection molding and extrusion machines.
Ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety protocols are consistently met.
Monitor machine performance and optimize production cycles to reduce downtime.
Lead, motivate, and develop production teams to drive efficiency and continuous improvement.
Coordinate with the inventory and supply chain teams to ensure a smooth flow of raw materials.

Machine Expertise Required
Injection Molding
Extrusion

Requirements
Minimum 15 years of experience in plastics manufacturing production.
Solid background in plastics factory environments with hands-on technical expertise.
Proven experience operating and managing injection molding and extrusion processes.

Experience in medical manufacturing or pharmaceutical companies is highly preferred.

Strong leadership, team management, and people development abilities.
Deep knowledge of quality control, safety standards, and production efficiency practices (Lean, 5S, etc.).
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
