Demand Planning Manager
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead the sales planning and demand forecasting process to support business growth and commercial objectives.
– Develop and execute sales plans across all channels, including distributors, modern trade, traditional trade.
– Partner with Supply Chain to optimize inventory availability, import planning, and replenishment strategies.
– Analyze sales performance, market trends, and commercial opportunities to drive data-driven business decisions.
– Lead cross-functional Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and continuously.
– improve planning processes, forecast accuracy, and overall commercial performance.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, related field.
– 10-15years of experience in Sales Planning, Commercial Planning, Demand Planning.
– Experience within Home Appliances, Consumer Electronics, Distribution, Trading Companies, or FMCG is highly preferred.
