Demand Planner At Döhler Group

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Analyze historical sales data and market trends to develop accurate demand forecasts.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and production teams to incorporate promotional activities, seasonality, and market intelligence into forecast models.
• Regularly update forecast assumptions based on actual performance and insights.
• Align demand forecasts with production and inventory strategies to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.
• Partner with procurement and operations teams to ensure timely availability of resources.
• Develop and maintain demand planning reports and dashboards.
• Measure forecast accuracy and identify areas for improvement.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance forecasting processes and demand planning accuracy.
• Implement best practices and advanced tools to streamline operations.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree of Supply Chain or a relevant discipline
• 3-5 years of Experience as a Demand Planner
• Preferably Food manufacturing background
• Excellent in English language
• SAP knowledge is a must
