Customer Administration Coordinator At ONE ”ALEX”

Job Purpose:

As Export Customer Service Coordinator are responsible for the overall execution of service

tasks, ensuring high quality customer service by delivering on agreed targets and objectives.

In cooperation with the Customer Care team and supported by ONE's growing range of

customer self-service tools you contribute to the overall Customer Service experience of

both Key Accounts and ONE Care clients.

Scope of the Role:

  • Provide efficient solutions and initiate proper alternate options for resolving the issues/cases.
  • Accurate coordination of customer requests to ensure that all requests directed to the right paths and processed effectively.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and handle them in a reliable and professional manner.
  • Ensure good collaboration and communication within departments.
  • Reply incoming Emails.
  • Managing and resolving customer complaints from documentation.
  • Create invoices, BKGs and BL draft.
  • Follow up customer cases and ensure case handle/closure within KPIs frame.
  • Researching required information using available resources and systems.
  • To be solid link between external customers and internal departments to clarify and solve case situation.

Position Skills, Qualification and Experience:

  • Bachelor Qualification – logistics, or any relevant field.
  • 2-4 years practical / company experience.
  • Aware well about the whole process of customer documentation Export job is a must.
  • Good English language is a must.
  • Excellent PC skills (i.e. MS Word, MS Excel)
