Your Role: As the Commercial & Operational Manager, you will be part of the leadership team to deliver revenue growth and market expansion across the Farm Animal and Pet Health segments. In this role, you’ll be responsible for advancing commercial strategy, supply chain oversight, and cross-functional coordination to achieve sustainable business performance.
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement commercial strategies, pricing, and promotional campaigns to achieve sales, market share, and profitability targets.
- Oversee supply chain operations, including demand planning, inventory management, and distribution to ensure product availability.
- Lead and monitor sales and marketing teams, setting KPIs and ensuring effective execution of educational and promotional programs.
- Ensure all commercial and operational activities comply with local regulatory requirements, GMP, GDP, and pharmacovigilance standards.
- Manage P&L performance, control operating expenses, and act as the key link between commercial, operations, regulatory, finance, and technical teams.
What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in animal health pharmaceuticals, with exposure to both commercial and operational functions.
- Proven leadership experience managing sales and operational teams, combined with strong commercial and financial acumen.
