Job Description

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or an equivalent field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.
  • Experience in the FMCG industry is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of procurement processes and supplier management.
  • Understanding of purchasing systems and procedures.
  • Good command of the English language.
  • Basic financial and commercial awareness.


Job Description

Support team performance through collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Provide and manage the supply of materials, equipment, and services to the agreed quality, within the required timeframe, and under the best commercial terms and conditions.

Execute the purchasing of materials, spare parts, and services according to business requirements.

Ensure the availability of stock within agreed inventory levels.

Follow up on purchase orders to ensure timely delivery.

Coordinate with suppliers to ensure adherence to agreed terms and conditions.

Maintain and update the supplier database and approved vendor list.

Support supplier evaluations and identify alternative sourcing opportunities.

Assist in handling CAPEX purchases within defined authority limits.

Follow up on shipment clearance and coordinate logistics activities.

Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill procurement requirements.

Ensure proper procurement documentation and record keeping.
