We are seeking a highly motivated Business Excellence Executive to join our dynamic team
In this role, you will:
- Drive Process Excellence:
- Standardize and optimize processes through the creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct business analysis and create Business Requirements Documents for process automation.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in business excellence.
- Lead Improvement Initiatives:
- Lead and implement process improvement projects across the organization.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable solutions.
- Measure and Track Success:
- Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and measure the impact of improvement initiatives.
- Identify and implement cost optimization and saving opportunities.
- Foster a Culture of Continuous Improvement:
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and other initiatives to cultivate a continuous improvement mindset.
Qualifications:
- From 2 to 5 years of experience in a Business Excellence, Business Analysis, Lean, Six Sigma, or related role.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery and process improvement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Proficiency in Process Modeling tools (MS Visio, Visual paradigm,..)
