Job Description
- Manage all air freight and ocean freight import and export operations.
- Ensure timely booking, handling, and delivery of shipments.
- Supervise daily freight forwarding activities and ensure operational efficiency.
- Monitor shipment status from origin to final destination
- Maintain relationships with airlines, shipping lines, and international freight agents.
- Negotiate competitive freight rates and service agreements.
- Monitor carrier performance and service reliability.
- Ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Handle major operational issues and customer complaints.
- Support the sales team with freight solutions and quotations.
- Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and customs requirements.
- Verify accuracy of shipping documents including:
- Bill of Lading (B/L)
- Air Waybill (AWB)
- Commercial Invoice
- Packing List
- Certificates of Origin.
- Ensure compliance with NAFEZA and ACID procedures for shipments to Egypt.
