How you create impact
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new customers within the air logistics business unit through active hunting, lead generation, and networking
- Manage and grow a portfolio of medium-sized accounts by understanding customer needs and delivering tailored air logistics solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers
- Identify and drive upselling, cross-selling, and business opportunities within existing and new accounts
- Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring clear visibility of opportunities and accurate forecasting
- Lead and support RFQs and tenders, ensuring compliance with sales guidelines, phases, and KPIs
- Maintain accurate and high-quality customer, opportunity, and stakeholder data in the systems
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to maximize engagement and increase business conversion
What we would like you to bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, International Business, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development within logistics or freight forwarding
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing medium-sized customer accounts
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Solid understanding of air logistics products, solutions, and commercial processes
- Experience managing sales pipelines, RFQs, and tender processes
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Willingness to travel when required
