Supply Chain Manager

Job Description:

  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency and support business growth.

· Lead and manage supply chain teams (procurement, logistics, warehouses, planning) to ensure high performance and operational discipline.

· Lead the S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) process to align demand planning, supply planning, and production plans with business needs.

· Establish and maintain strong supplier and logistics partner relationships to ensure reliability, service quality, and long-term cost efficiency.

· Lead and manage local and foreign procurement activities to ensure availability of raw and packaging materials at the best cost and quality.

· Lead demand, production, and material planning processes to ensure smooth operations and avoid stock shortages or overstock.

· Monitor inventory levels and working capital to maintain optimal stock levels and reduce slow-moving and obsolete items.

· Oversee logistics operations including inbound and outbound shipments, export coordination, and customs clearance activities.

· Drive warehouse performance by setting standards and ensuring operational excellence, inventory integrity, and continuous improvement in efficiency and cost optimization. · Monitor supply chain KPIs including OTIF, inventory turnover, lead time, and logistics cost to ensure performance against targets.

· Analyze supply chain reports and dashboards to support data-driven decisions and continuous performance improvement.

· Lead initiatives to secure supply continuity, manage risks, and optimize total supply chain cost across procurement, logistics, and distribution.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.

· 15–20 years of experience in Supply Chain within FMCG or manufacturing industry.

· Strong experience in procurement, planning, logistics, warehousing, and distribution.

· Experience in local and export operations.

· Strong knowledge of ERP systems and supply chain reporting.

· Good English language skills.

· Strong leadership and team management skills.
