Key Responsibility :
- Develop and maintain production plans that align with customer delivery deadlines and business targets.
- Follow up daily on the execution of the production plan across all garment lines to ensure timely and quality output.
- Communicate and coordinate closely with the Garemnt Production Manager and line supervisors to adjust plans based on real-time updates and capacity changes.
- Identify and clearly communicate urgent vs. non-urgent orders to relevant departments to ensure proper prioritization.
- Ensure that all planned output meets or exceeds customer quality standards.
- Monitor production progress and take proactive steps to avoid delays or disruptions.
- Collaborate with the merchandising and sourcing teams to align raw material availability with production timelines.
- Lead planning meetings and provide regular updates to management on production status, bottlenecks, and corrective actions.
- Analyze production data to improve efficiency, reduce lead time, and optimize resource allocation.
- Ensure all planning activities comply with internal processes and customer requirements.
Qualifications:
- 10 to 12 years of experience in production planning specifically within the garment or textile manufacturing industry.
- At least 2–3 years in a managerial or senior supervisory role leading a planning team.
- Proven track record of managing orders for international brands and understanding global compliance and quality standards.
