Senior Import & Export Logistic Specialist At SEE

is a full-time, on-site role based in 6th of October. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end import and export operations, including coordinating shipments, preparing and reviewing documentation, and ensuring compliance with customs regulations and trade policies. The specialist oversees freight forwarding activities, negotiates with logistics providers, and monitors shipment schedules to optimize cost, delivery time, and service quality. Day-to-day tasks include tracking and reporting shipment status, resolving logistics and customs issues, maintaining accurate records in ERP or logistics systems, and collaborating with procurement, sales, and finance teams to support customer orders. The role also involves continuous process improvement, risk mitigation in international trade, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, carriers, and regulatory authorities.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of import and export procedures, customs regulations, and international trade documentation (e.g., invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, LC documents).
Experience in logistics coordination, freight forwarding, and shipment tracking across sea, air, and land transport modes.
Proficiency in ERP or logistics management systems, advanced Excel skills, and comfort working with data for reporting and analysis.
Solid understanding of Incoterms, international payment terms, and trade compliance requirements.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple shipments and priorities simultaneously.
Strong communication and negotiation skills for interacting with suppliers, carriers, and internal stakeholders.
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities for resolving customs issues, documentation discrepancies, and delivery challenges.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field; professional certifications in logistics or trade are an advantage.
Relevant experience in electrical or industrial products logistics is highly preferred, particularly in L.V and M.V segments.
Fluency in English and strong written communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
