At Solotex, we’re looking for an experienced Planning Manager to lead our Production Planning function and play a key role in the implementation of FastReact, helping us drive operational excellence and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Production Planning department.
Drive the implementation and optimization of FastReact.
Develop production plans aligned with customer demand and capacity.
Coordinate with Production, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Purchasing, and Warehouse teams.
Monitor production performance and delivery schedules.
Analyze planning KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
✔ 5+ years of experience in Production Planning within the garment, textile, or socks manufacturing industry.
✔ Previous experience as a Planning Manager or Senior Planning Engineer.
✔ Experience with FastReact is a strong advantage.
✔ Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
✔ Excellent communication skills.
✔ Good command of English.
