Planner & Follow up At MC “Qalyubia”

“PLANNER & FOLLOW UP”
location : Qalyubia – Egypt

Responsibilities :
First: Planning:
Review and study production orders (quantities, styles, required delivery dates).
Convert orders into a detailed timeline (weekly/monthly production schedule) for each machine and production line.
Calculate production requirements for raw materials (fabrics, threads, buttons, zippers, bobbins, printing materials, etc.) and issue purchase or release orders in a timely manner.
Distribute tasks and workloads across production lines according to each line’s production capacity.

Second: Follow-Up:
Monitor the arrival of raw materials and supplies to warehouses before production starts.
Track daily production progress across cutting, sewing, finishing, ironing, and packaging lines.
Identify any delays, breakdowns, or technical issues (quality or productivity-related) and resolve them in coordination with relevant departments (maintenance, quality control, supervisors).
Issue daily/weekly reports on achievement rates versus the set plan.
Coordinate with the Quality Control department to ensure products meet specifications before moving to the next stage.
Third: Improvement and Development:
Analyze root causes of stoppages and delays, and propose solutions to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
Update actual production capacity data for workers and machines.


Requirements :
Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (Production Engineering, Textile Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field).
Experience: 3 to 5 years in production planning within a garment manufacturing factory.
