The Supply Planning Specialist is responsible for ensuring efficient and reliable supply planning operations that support business continuity and growth. This role plays a critical part in managing supplier relationships—particularly overseas vendors—ensuring timely product availability and supporting procurement and stock management activities. The position requires strong cross-functional coordination, analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills to align supply planning with business objectives.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

𝘚𝘶𝘱𝘱𝘭𝘪𝘦𝘳 & 𝘝𝘦𝘯𝘥𝘰𝘳 𝘔𝘢𝘯𝘢𝘨𝘦𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵

Manage and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers to ensure timely and reliable product delivery.

Lead communication and negotiations with vendors regarding pricing, delivery schedules, and service levels.

Monitor supplier performance and proactively resolve issues related to delays, shortages, or quality concerns.

Strengthen procurement processes with a focus on overseas vendor management.

𝘚𝘶𝘱𝘱𝘭𝘺 𝘗𝘭𝘢𝘯𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨 & 𝘊𝘰𝘰𝘳𝘥𝘪𝘯𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯

Develop and execute supply plans aligned with demand forecasts and business requirements.

Identify and mitigate supply chain risks such as stock shortages, shipping delays, and operational bottlenecks.

Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, logistics, and operations teams to ensure alignment across all functions.

𝘚𝘵𝘰𝘤𝘬 𝘔𝘢𝘯𝘢𝘨𝘦𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵 & 𝘈𝘯𝘢𝘭𝘺𝘴𝘪𝘴

Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock coverage.

Prioritize shipments based on stock coverage and business urgency.

Track and analyze KPIs such as inventory turnover, fill rate, and on-time delivery performance.

𝘙𝘦𝘱𝘰𝘳𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 & 𝘊𝘰𝘯𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘶𝘰𝘶𝘴 𝘐𝘮𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘷𝘦𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵

Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.

Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within supply chain and procurement functions.

𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗕𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 & 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience, preferably in supply planning or procurement.

Hands-on experience dealing with international/overseas suppliers is highly preferred.

𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced level).

Power BI is a must
