Production Engineer At Egypt Nile Home “Ismailia”

Egypt Nile Home is seeking a Production Engineer to join our team at our Abu Khalifa factory – Ismailia, specializing in home textile and furnishings manufacturing.
We are looking for a hands-on engineer who can manage sewing production lines efficiently, ensure smooth workflow, and maintain high-quality standards across all stages of production.
📌 Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily sewing production lines and ensure achievement of production targets
• Monitor workflow across cutting, sewing, and finishing operations to ensure smooth production flow
• Ensure strict adherence to production schedules and delivery plans
• Supervise operators, helpers, and line leaders on the shop floor and manage task distribution
• Maintain and improve product quality and reduce defects and waste throughout the process
• Identify and resolve technical and operational issues to avoid production delays
• Coordinate with planning, quality, and technical departments to ensure line efficiency
• Prepare daily and weekly reports on production output, efficiency, and performance KPIs
🎯 Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in production engineering / industrial engineering / applied arts (Textile or Garments)
• 5–7 years of experience in Home Textiles, Furnishings, or Garments manufacturing (Sewing section preferred)
• Strong understanding of sewing operations, production flow, and line balancing basics
• Ability to work in a fast-paced factory environment and handle labor supervision effectively
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
📍 Location Requirement:
• Candidates must be residents of Ismailia, preferably near Abu Khalifa industrial area
