🔹 𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗧𝗶𝘁𝗹𝗲: Operations Director

💼 J𝗼𝗯 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘆:
We are seeking a dedicated Operations Director to oversee and optimize the day-to-day operations of the hospital, and ensure that business activities are carried out efficiently, effectively, and in alignment with our strategic goals.

✅ 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
• Lead and oversee day-to-day operations across all hospital departments.
• Ensure compliance with operational policies, procedures, and performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and best practices.
• Manage budgeting, resource allocation, and financial performance in collaboration with the CFO.
• Foster a culture of patient safety, quality improvement, and continuous learning.
• Build and lead high-performing teams by promoting accountability, training, and professional development.
• Drive strategic initiatives, including digital transformation and research integration.
• Follow up on the hospital’s expansion projects in collaboration with the hospital CEO and the related departments.
• Collaborate with Medical, Nursing, and Admin leadership to ensure seamless patient-centered care.
• Report regularly to the CEO on operational performance.

✅ 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field & Master’s degree is highly preferred
• Experience: 5 years in managerial positions and 3 years in the same role (Hospital background is a MUST).
• Computer skills: Proficient user of SAP.
• Language skills: Fluency in both Arabic & English.
• Residence: Nearby areas are preferred.

• 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:

• Days off: Two Days

• Working hours: 8 hours per day
