Procurement Specialist

📍 𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗛𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁 (𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 / 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗿𝘀 / 𝗦𝘂𝗯𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀)
𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
• Source, evaluate, and manage suppliers & subcontractors
• Negotiate prices and contracts to get the best offers
• Issue purchase orders and follow up on deliveries
• Prepare comparison sheets and cost analysis
• Maintain supplier database and relationships
• Participate in tendering processes (preferred)
• Ensure quality and timely delivery

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
• 1–3 years of experience (finishing/contracting preferred)
• Strong negotiation and social skills
• Good analytical skills
• Experience with suppliers and subcontractors
• Tendering experience is a plus
