Job Requirements
- Oversee and validate vehicle requests received from Operations
- Align fleet capacity planning with operational needs
- Track acquisition requests and fulfillment status
- Lead communication with fleet suppliers regarding required volumes and timelines
- Ensure on-time vehicle delivery according to agreed SLAs
- Monitor supplier performance and escalate gaps when needed
- Manage vehicle allocation for newly onboarded couriers
- Ensure completion of documentation, contracts, and handover processes
- Coordinate with Operations to support smooth courier activation
- Monitor vehicle-related losses, damages, and financial liabilities
- Notify relevant parties with proper documentation
- Follow up on recovery actions and reporting closure
Requirements :
- 1 Year of experience in operations, fleet, logistics, or field coordination
- Good communication and follow-up skills
- Comfortable using Google Sheets, Forms, and WhatsApp
- Willing to work in the field when needed
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Previous experience in last-mile operations is a plus
