About the Role:
Masa Group is looking for a highly motivated Export Sales Specialist to expand our international business and build strong relationships with global clients and distributors.
If you have experience in export sales, international markets, and B2B business development, we’d love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities:
✅ Develop and manage export sales operations in international markets
✅ Identify new business opportunities and build long-term client relationships
✅ Negotiate prices, contracts, and shipping terms with overseas customers
✅ Follow up on export orders, shipments, and customer payments
✅ Coordinate with logistics, production, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations
✅ Conduct market research and competitor analysis
✅ Participate in international exhibitions and trade fairs
✅ Achieve monthly and annual export sales targets
✅ Prepare sales reports and market insights for management Requirements:
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related field
✔️ 3+ years of experience in Export Sales or International Business Development
✔️ Experience in the food manufacturing or FMCG industry is a strong advantage
✔️ Strong knowledge of export procedures, shipping documents, and Incoterms
✔️ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
✔️ Fluency in English is a must
✔️ Ability to travel when required
