Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Engineer, located in 10th of Ramadan. The Production Engineer will oversee, plan, and optimize production processes to ensure efficiency and high product quality. Daily responsibilities include managing production schedules, addressing technical challenges, implementing quality control measures, and enhancing production efficiency. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and utilizing analytical skills to improve operations and meet company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, monitor, and optimize production processes to meet targets.
- Analyze production data to improve efficiency, quality, and cost.
- Support daily production operations and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, 5S, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams.
- Prepare production reports and KPIs for management review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Production, Mechanical, Industrial, or related).
- Previous experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is preferred.
- Strong expertise in Production Engineering, including knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Proficiency in Production Planning and Quality Control to ensure efficiency and standard compliance.
- Analytical Skills to identify and solve production challenges effectively.
- Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and report on operational performance.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented and on-site setting.
