Role Description
This is a full-time Procurement Engineer-Mechanical role, located on-site at PCP’s Heliopolis office. The role involves evaluating suppliers, analyzing costs, preparing and managing purchase orders, and handling Request for Quotations (RFQs). Responsibilities include ensuring procurement activities meet project timelines, maintaining strong vendor relationships, and coordinating with various internal teams to ensure efficiency and performance. Qualifications
- Strong skills in Supplier Evaluation and managing vendor relationships
- Proficiency in preparing and managing Purchase Orders
- Excellent Analytical Skills for cost analysis and decision-making
- Effective Communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and suppliers
- Experience with Request for Quotation (RFQ) processes
- Solid knowledge of procurement practices and mechanical engineering principles
- Familiarity with construction and fit-out projects is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
