Own and drive end-to-end procurement performance to deliver cost optimization, supplier reliability and working capital efficiency, while building scalable procurement frameworks and enabling ERP-driven transformation aligned with business growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver annual cost savings of 7–10% across managed spend.
- Achieve ≥95% supplier performance compliance (quality, OTIF, service levels).
- Reduce procurement cycle time by ≥20% through process optimization.
- Implement and standardize procurement frameworks with 100% compliance.
- Lead ERP procurement implementation with full process integration and adoption.
- Optimize payment plans to improve cash flow and working capital cycles.
- Rationalize supplier base and improve SRM maturity (segmentation, KPIs, governance).
REQUIREMENTS
- 8–12 years procurement experience, 3–5 years leadership
- Managed annual spend: EGP 200M+ (or equivalent scale)
- Supplier base: 100+ active suppliers across multiple categories
- Experience in ERP implementation (preferably Odoo or similar)
- Primary: F&B Retail, QSR Chains
- Secondary: FMCG, Retail, Distribution-heavy businesses
