Procurement Specialist At Bloom

We are Hiring | Procurement Specialist

You’ll work directly under the Commercial Manager, making sure all materials, equipment, and supplies needed for our projects are purchased on time, at the right price, and with full documentation.

Your main responsibilities:

• Receive purchase requests from departments and project sites
• Get supplier quotes and prepare price comparison reports
• Issue and follow up on purchase orders with suppliers and warehouses
• Verify that received items match order specifications
• Coordinate with site teams on delivery schedules and material availability
• Expand the company’s supplier base in line with company policies
• Prepare monthly procurement reports covering spend, supplier performance, and cost analysis

We’re looking for someone with:

• 5–10 years of experience in procurement or supply chain in Landscaping is a must
• Experience with supplier negotiations and purchase order processing
• Familiarity with e-invoicing
• Knowledge of landscape or construction materials is a plus
• A degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills
