In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Lead sales, solutions, and business development initiatives for the Flow Controls Business Unit across Egypt, Libya, and Sudan
- Achieve or surpass financial goals and contribute to the overall Flow Controls MEA business strategy
- Support, guide, and collaborate with local sales representatives to build strong customer relationships and deliver high‑impact solutions
- Develop and implement sales and service strategies tailored to market needs
- Drive competitive displacement and growth initiatives, especially for FIELDVUE and related technologies
- Prepare and present forecasts, market insights, competitive analyses, and country‑specific plans
- Collaborate closely with other Emerson business units to maximize cross‑selling opportunities
- Support pursuit efforts with project teams and local partners to identify and convert valve‑related opportunities
- Build strong, long‑term relationships with key customer decision‑makers
- Enhance customer satisfaction by providing responsive, solution‑oriented support
- Remain current on product advancements, industry trends, and market shifts
- Ensure all business activities comply with Emerson’s ethics and trade compliance standards
- Adhere to Health, Safety & Environment policies as laid by the organization.

- For This Role, You Will Need: A degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent technical background 10 to 15 years experience working in sales or sales channel management within the valve or process control industry Track record of achieving sales targets and successfully growing market share
- Ability to deliver profitable sales growth through strategic planning and customer engagement
- Experience managing multi‑country territories or working within North Africa markets
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- MBA or business‑related postgraduate studies (beneficial but not required)
- Deep application knowledge in hydrocarbon, mining, chemical, or power industries
