Seagate Express is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Export Operations & Pricing Executive to join our growing freight forwarding team.
The ideal candidate should have solid experience in export freight operations, pricing, booking coordination, and handling day-to-day shipment activities with shipping lines and overseas agents.
πΉ Key Responsibilities:
β’ Handle export shipment operations from booking until cargo departure
β’ Prepare and manage freight quotations and pricing requests
β’ Coordinate with shipping lines, agents, transporters, and customers
β’ Follow up on shipment schedules, shipping documents, and operational status
β’ Ensure smooth communication and timely updates to clients
β’ Support daily logistics and operational activities
πΉ Requirements:
β’ Minimum 3 years of experience in freight forwarding and export operations
β’ Good knowledge of ocean freight procedures and documentation
β’ Experience in pricing and rate negotiations is preferred
β’ Strong communication and organizational skills
β’ Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple shipments efficiently
β’ Good command of English
