Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Purchasing Coordinator located in Qesm Qena. The Site Purchasing Coordinator will manage day-to-day procurement activities, oversee the purchasing of materials and equipment, process purchase orders, liaise with vendors to ensure timely deliveries, and maintain accurate purchasing records. The role also involves collaborating with other departments to ensure procurement aligns with project objectives and budgets. Qualifications
- Proficiency in Purchasing Processes, Purchase Orders, and general Purchasing practices
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate vendor proposals, pricing, and quality
- Knowledge of Procurement methods and techniques
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience in supply chain or construction-related purchasing is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
