Baladna Food Industries is seeking an experienced Customer Service Executive to join our team in Cairo, Egypt! The successful candidate will be responsible for managing business‑to‑business (B2B) customer accounts, primarily in a back‑office role, ensuring efficient service delivery and strong client relationships.

We are looking for a candidate with:

1. Fluent and professional written and verbal English skills are mandatory for seamless internal and external coordination.

2. Proven, hands-on expertise with Microsoft Excel.

3. Sales background is preferred, but not mandatory.

Location: Egypt, Cairo, Downtown, Greek Campus (onsite vacancy).
